Orkla Foods Sweden in Eslöv is looking for driven and solution-oriented Industrial Electricians to join our technical teams.

As an Industrial Electrician, you will work closely with both the production and maintenance teams to ensure a safe, efficient, and reliable factory. You will have an important role in prioritizing maintenance efforts, solving problems directly in production, and contributing to our long-term improvement projects.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and enjoys solving technical problems. You are service-minded, a team player, and have a strong safety mindset.

On-call duties occur every sixth week, with a maximum response time of one hour to our factory in Eslöv. We are primarily looking for someone interested in working permanent night shifts, but we are also seeking electricians for 2-shift or day shifts.

The position is a permanent full-time employment with Orkla Foods Sweden AB, starting with a probationary period.

We are also seeking Maintenance Technicians for permanent night, 2-shift, or day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and problem-solving within electrical systems, automation, and control systems
• Installation, repairs, and ongoing electrical maintenance on production equipment
• Preventive and corrective maintenance according to plan
• Work with labeling systems, packaging machines, and control equipment
• Participate in improvement projects and develop methods and working practices
• Serve as a technical support resource for electrical-related issues
• Perform certain automation tasks (no requirement to be an automation technician)
• Work towards a safe working environment and stable production

Qualifications

• Electrical education at the upper secondary level (preferably with a focus on industry, automation, or control and regulation technology).
• Experience with electrical schematics, PLC systems, pneumatics, and electromechanics.
• Good computer skills and proficiency in Swedish and English.
• Experience with SAP is an advantage.
• ECY certificate is desirable.
