Job Description

Do you have several years of experience as an automotive technician and a strong interest in modern vehicle technology? Do you thrive working with troubleshooting, service, and repairs in an environment where quality, collaboration, and customer satisfaction are the focus? Eslövs Bilcenter is in an exciting growth phase and is now looking for a driven and engaged automotive technician. As a technician, you will play a central role in our workshop operations. You will work with service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of used passenger cars from various makes and models. The work is varied and requires both technical competence and a structured approach. The role also involves advanced troubleshooting, where you use modern diagnostic tools to locate and fix faults efficiently and reliably. As an important part of the team, you contribute with your experience and skills while collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure professional and high-quality work at all levels.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have automotive technical education and several years of experience working as a technician. You have good knowledge of service, repair, and troubleshooting, and feel confident working independently with both mechanical and electrical systems. You have experience with electrical and data troubleshooting, diagnostic work, and technical problem-solving, as well as a genuine interest in the continuous development within the automotive industry. We place great importance on your personal qualities and are looking for someone who wants to contribute to a positive work environment where engagement, collaboration, and quality are natural parts of everyday life. Furthermore, you are a careful and responsible person who takes great ownership of your work. For this role, you must be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. A B-class driver's license is required.

Eslövs Bilcenter was founded in 2018 by Hampus Mårtensson and Pehr Dalhusen, who have together worked in the automotive industry since 2009. Since its inception, the company has experienced strong growth and developed from a pure car dealership into a complete operation with both car sales and its own service workshop. Today, Eslövs Bilcenter offers service for all car brands as well as transport vehicles, motorhomes, caravans, trailers, and tires, with a clear focus on quality and personal service.
