Do you want to build a career in sales and use your Finnish language skills as a professional advantage? We are now looking for a driven and communicative BDR/lead converter who wants to support Hypergene's Finnish sales team in opening new doors.

About the role As a BDR at Hypergene, you will work closely with the sales team in Stockholm and become a key person in building the pipeline for the company's Finnish business. You will make the first contact with potential customers and ensure that the Finnish salespeople always have qualified meetings in their calendars.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Cold calling and outreach to Finnish prospects
  • Qualifying incoming and outgoing leads
  • Booking qualified meetings for the Finnish salespeople
  • Updating and maintaining the CRM system
  • Collaborating closely with the rest of the BDR team on-site in Stockholm
  • Following up and ensuring a healthy pipeline for the Finnish market

About you We are looking for someone who speaks fluent Finnish, preferably as a native language, as well as Swedish or English without difficulty in speech and writing. You do not need to have long sales experience, but you are curious to learn and enjoy contacting new people.

You have the opportunity to work on-site in Stockholm, where the rest of the BDR team is located.

It is an advantage if you have:

  • Previous experience with cold calling, telemarketing, or customer service
  • Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Experience with SaaS, B2B, or subscription businesses

About the assignment At Hypergene, we have built a sharp and energetic BDR team in Stockholm. You will not be a peripheral resource calling from a distance, but an active part of the team that daily contributes to opening doors for the company's Finnish salespeople.

You will receive coaching and support from an experienced team, the opportunity to develop within sales, and a place where your Finnish makes a real difference to the business.

This is a consulting assignment of 10–12 hours per week. Perfect for you who want to combine studies or other work with practical experience in sales in a real business environment.

The start date is flexible.
