Regionfastigheter develops and manages Region Skåne's properties with a focus on creating safe, functional, and sustainable environments for residents and employees. Currently, Region Skåne is undertaking the largest investments ever in Skåne's hospital areas. We are developing complex construction projects in sensitive care environments, always with the highest demands for operational reliability. At the same time, we are expanding the public transport infrastructure with new service depots for buses and trains.

Within Regionfastigheter, the Technical Management unit is responsible for coordinating, coordinating, and planning technical management in both the short and long term. This is done through planned maintenance and planning of property owner and energy investments. The unit is also responsible for official inspections to ensure that Region Skåne fulfills its property owner responsibilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want to contribute to the sustainable and long-term development of socially important properties? We are now looking for a Technical Property Manager for a fixed-term position until early 2028.

As a Technical Property Manager, you will have a responsible role where you are in charge of the technical management of one or more objects within the property portfolio. In this role, you work systematically and long-term with planned maintenance, investments, and follow-up of official requirements. At the same time, you actively contribute to developing and improving the operations' working methods and processes.

The work is varied and involves having overall responsibility for your properties, from ensuring that installation databases and property systems are up-to-date and complete, to planning, executing, and following up on measures within maintenance and investments.

In your daily work, you are also responsible for planning, registering, and carrying out official inspections according to current requirements. You perform and report tasks related to property owner responsibilities and are an important part of the operations' development and improvement work. The role also involves many contact surfaces, where you collaborate with both internal and external actors, such as authorities, consultants, and customers.

This is a role for you who wants to combine technical responsibility with development and collaboration. You want to contribute to creating vital, well-functioning, and sustainable properties.

Your workplace is in newly built premises at the Malmö hospital area.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who have a relevant post-secondary education with a technical focus, for example from a university, college, or university college within technical management. Alternatively, you have other education combined with experience that the employer considers equivalent. You have previously worked in the property, construction, or industry sector and bring valuable experience of technical property management or planned maintenance.

To thrive in the role, you are accustomed to working in different systems and have good computer skills. You express yourself comfortably in Swedish, both orally and in writing, which allows you to communicate clearly in both documentation and dialogue with various contacts. It is natural for you to work in line with Region Skåne's values: welcoming, driving with care and respect.

It is meritorious if you have experience from public operations and if you have previously worked with property systems and maintenance planning. We also view positively knowledge of official requirements and inspection management, as well as experience in energy and sustainability work. If you have also worked with medical gas installations or fire safety work, it is an extra plus.

We plan to hold first interviews during week 28 and second interviews during week 32.
