Your role as Project Manager MEP & Controls Consultant

We are currently strengthening our knowledgeable MEP team in Malmö. Today, there are project managers and case managers in place, and we want to strengthen the group with more experienced people who want to be part of influencing the whole. You will become an important part of our initiative within MEP and Controls and work closely with colleagues within electrical, real estate, and other specialists.

The role is varied, and the focus depends on your experience and areas of interest. You can lead larger projects, be a strategic advisor in customers' challenges, lead teams, build structure and working methods, or act as a central technical expert. You will mainly work with:

• Design and technical solutions within Plumbing, Electrical, and Controls.
• Project management, planning, and economic follow-up.
• Customer dialogues, strategic advice, and development of collaborations.
• Bid work and business development where you identify new opportunities.
• Strengthening the team and contributing to internal competence development.
• Internal collaboration within MEP, Controls, and Electrical.
• Building networks in the region and developing our presence in Malmö and surrounding areas.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have solid experience in MEP and Controls and who want to take the next step in a role where you get to be part of influencing. We see that you may have experience as a consultant, within contracting, the installation industry, and have worked as a project manager, project manager, case manager, or with leadership within any of these areas. The most important thing for us is that you have a secure technical foundation, a strong drive, and a willingness to contribute with both knowledge and engagement. If you have experience in building teams, leading larger projects, or working with business development, we see it as meritorious, but it is not a requirement.
