Do you want to drive complex projects within one of the world's most regulated and technically advanced industries? We are now looking for an experienced Project Manager who wants to take a key role in deliveries to the nuclear power industry. This role is suitable for you who have experience in complex project management within industrial operations and are motivated by working in environments where quality, safety, and technical understanding are crucial for success.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Senior Project Manager, you are responsible for leading customer projects from project handover to final delivery. You ensure that projects are carried out according to set requirements regarding quality, schedule, and economy, while acting as a central link between customers, suppliers, and internal functions.

The projects involve technically advanced industrial equipment where customer adaptations, documentation requirements, and regulatory requirements place high demands on structure and coordination. You work closely with functions within design, quality, production, and sales to ensure progress through all phases of the project.

You do not need prior experience from the nuclear power industry. The most important thing is that you have a strong project management background, good technical understanding, and an interest in developing within an area with high demands on quality, documentation, and regulatory compliance.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate complex customer projects throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Ensure deliveries according to agreed goals for quality, time, and cost.
  • Review, interpret, and handle technical specifications and requirement documents.
  • Coordinate project activities between various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in quotation and calculation work for customer-specific solutions.
  • Ensure that documentation and quality requirements are met according to current standards.
  • Participate in inspections, audits, and customer meetings.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of processes and working methods.

As part of an ongoing generational shift, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced specialists and gradually build deep competence in projects related to the nuclear power industry.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO:

Have several years of experience in project management within technical or industrial operations and feel confident driving projects where many stakeholders, technical requirements, and documentation requirements need to be coordinated.

We believe you come from, for example, energy, process industry, pharmaceuticals, data centers, oil and gas, manufacturing industry, or other operations where quality, traceability, and regulatory requirements are a natural part of everyday life.

For the role, we would like you to have:

  • Relevant higher education or university degree in engineering or a similar field.
  • Documented experience in leading complex projects.
  • Good ability to understand and work based on technical specifications.
  • Experience from operations with high quality and documentation requirements.
  • Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing.
  • Experience from the nuclear power industry is an advantage but not a requirement.

We believe you are a driven and structured person who enjoys taking responsibility and creating progress in complex projects. You have an easy time building trust and collaborating with both customers and colleagues, while working solution-oriented and keeping focus on the project's goals. Furthermore, you are curious, communicative, and motivated to develop within a technically advanced industry with high demands on quality and safety.

Here you are offered a long-term opportunity to combine advanced project management with technically complex deliveries in a future industry where safety, quality, and sustainability are in focus.

This is a consulting assignment, which means that you will initially be employed by Friday before transitioning to a direct employment at the company.
