Te Crea Care was established in 2013 and provides staffing for nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and social workers. We have agreements with all regions, many municipalities, and private healthcare providers. This means we can offer you a wide variety of assignments throughout the country. Te Crea Care has been working intensively on tender processes to ensure that, as a consultant, you have many assignments to choose from under excellent terms. We work closely with our consultants as a unified team.

Requirements or preferences:

• Registered nurse with at least two years of experience in municipal care or dementia housing
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written

You are flexible and able to adapt to different working conditions. You are self-assured and have the ability to prioritize, delegate, and lead staff. We are looking for someone who values personal responsibility, participation, and contributes to a positive work climate. You are attentive and treat people with respect and care.

We support you throughout the entire process, from the start of the assignment, during the assignment, and when considering future opportunities. We assist with finding the best assignments for you, booking travel and accommodation if necessary, acting as a sounding board during the assignment, and staying ahead for your next role.
