Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct inspection of 3D mechanical design, selection of purchased parts, mechanical finite element analysis (FEA), etc.

2. Responsible for inspecting equipment 2D drawing designs, BOM (Bill of Materials) design, summary of purchased parts, and creation of gasket reports, etc.

3. Conduct inspection of the equipment's pneumatic principle design and electrical control principle design.

4. Assist senior mechanical engineers in managing supplier design quality and schedules.

5. Assist the Quality Engineering Department with equipment assembly, gas line installation, equipment acceptance, and other related tasks.

6. Assist the site manager with on-site equipment installation, production line debugging, product quality improvement, and other related work.

7. Summarize and share issues encountered in mechanics, gas lines, safety, and other aspects throughout the project (TOP issues).

Requirements:

1. Education: College degree or higher.

2. Experience: 2–3 years or more of relevant work experience.

3. Familiarity with technical standards for at least one customer port.

4. Skills in 3D design, 2D design, and gas line design.

5. Strong communication, coordination, and guidance skills; Proficient in office software.

6. Keen sensitivity to product structure, with certain abilities in mechanical design and analysis.
