About the Job

Your duties at the health centre cover a broad field and include general medicine, where you meet patients of all ages and situations. You work in a health-promoting, advisory, and therapeutic capacity in primary care. You will spend a significant part of your time providing telephone advice and conducting digital care meetings.

The work involves both emergency and planned activities. You work largely independently, triaging, treating, and following up with patients. There is close collaboration with your colleagues at the unit and cross-professionally within the team, as well as with other actors such as home care and other specialist care. Together, we are all responsible for developing and driving the business forward. Educating future colleagues is an important and rewarding part of our mission, so supervising students is also included in the work at the health centre.

About You

You are a registered nurse, preferably with specialist training as a district nurse. You also have previous experience working in primary care. We would like you to have extensive experience with telephone advice and an interest in working with digital care meetings. If you have a 7.5 credit supervisor education, this is also an advantage.

We are looking for someone who takes initiative and is confident in making independent decisions. You are meticulous, have good problem-solving skills, and can prioritize your tasks effectively.

In your work, you meet many patients, so it is important that you are friendly, respectful, have a good approach, and are attentive. It is important that you have a desire to help others. We also believe that you enjoy teamwork and that collaborating with colleagues and other contacts is second nature to you. You can express yourself well in both speech and writing, and are an engaged and good listener via telephone as well as at digital meetings. We would like you to have a strong interest in digitalization and business development.

A professional work approach and a good attitude towards customers, patients, and colleagues are second nature to you. We also expect you to live up to Närhälsan's core values: Reliable, Considerate, and Innovative.

About the Recruitment Process

Selection takes place in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department, who invite candidates to a telephone interview. The recruiting manager then makes a second selection of applicants and invites them to an interview at the health centre.

We use competency-based interviews, which means that answers to questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe concrete situations as much as possible and try to avoid generalized answers – this is so that we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the outcome was.
