We are looking for more driven and engaged employees for our team and currently have a need for summer replacements.

RYS is a job brokerage and training company that provides services to businesses and acts as a complementary partner to the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen).

The role involves matching and supporting individuals in finding employment or helping them find their path to work through studies. We are looking for someone who enjoys working towards results and thrives on interacting with people through conversations and job matching.

Requirements: A three-year academic degree plus 2 years of work experience, OR a post-secondary education of at least 1 year plus 3 years of work experience in recruitment or labor market issues.
