We are on an exciting growth journey and are now strengthening our organization with a driven buyer who will be responsible for our "other" assortment – a broad and important area that complements our core offering and contributes to an inspiring customer experience.

About the role

As a buyer for the "other" assortment (board games, puzzles, brain teasers, etc.), you have overall responsibility for developing, optimizing, and monitoring the assortment within your categories. You work closely with the business, focusing on sales, margin, and customer value.

The role includes:

• Being responsible for assortment strategy and product selection within the "other" assortment
• Driving the purchasing process – from analysis and selection to negotiation and follow-up
• Identifying trends and developing an attractive and relevant offer
• Managing agencies and building long-term partnerships
• Monitoring sales, inventory, and profitability, and taking action when necessary
• Collaborating with our customers to maximize the business

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in purchasing, preferably within retail or consumer products
• Has strong commercial understanding and is accustomed to working towards set goals
• Is analytical and data-driven, with good ability to make business decisions
• Has an interest in trends and product development
• Is structured, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Has good negotiation skills and relationship-building competence
