What does the role of Team-Leading Nursing Assistant at Norlandia Elderly Care entail?

In this role, you are a central key person on the ward – a true hub who ensures the operations run smoothly in daily work. You work closely with your colleagues, supporting them in their care duties while contributing with structure, planning, and follow-up.

• Work in care together with your colleagues
• Plan and coordinate schedules using our operational systems
• Handle orders and ensure the right resources are in place
• Plan, follow up, and quality-assure implemented measures
• Contribute to structure, good planning, and efficient working methods in the operations

About Kvarnbackens Elderly Care Home

Kvarnbackens care home is located in the Tannefors district of Linköping. The operations will be run by Norlandia Care starting October 1, 2026. It is an elderly care home focused on somatic care, distributed across 42 apartments (including 3 duplicates) and three wards.

• We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant.
• You have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• You have an interest in systems and administration.
• You work in a solution-oriented manner.

Other information

Employment type: Permanent

Scope: 100% (80% care, 20% administrative)

Schedule: VBS (rolling schedule including every 3rd weekend)

Start date: According to agreement

Probation period: We apply a 6-month probation period

We offer individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Before any potential employment, you must be able to provide an extract from the criminal record register. You must also be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden, by showing citizenship within the EU/EEA or a valid work permit.
