We are currently looking for a Maintenance Planner for our client Spendrups in Grängesberg. As a Maintenance Planner, you will have a varied role where you are responsible for planning, preparing, and ensuring the quality of maintenance work in close collaboration with production, technicians, and other functions within the business.

You will become part of the 'Improving Maintenance' department, which is responsible for planned maintenance within production, media, preparation, bottling, and logistics. Here, you work together with engaged colleagues to ensure that maintenance efforts are planned and carried out in a structured and cost-effective manner.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare work orders in our maintenance system
• Ensure that materials, spare parts, and tools are available before jobs start
• Create instructions, risk assessments, and technical documentation
• Contribute to preventive and improving maintenance work
• Follow up on completed measures and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
• Work closely with technicians, operators, purchasing, the warehouse, and external suppliers

Location: Grängesberg

Scope: Full-time

Working hours: Daytime

About you

We are looking for someone who thrives in a role where structure, planning, and technical understanding are central. You are solution-oriented, detail-oriented, and have an easy time collaborating with different functions within the business. You work independently, take initiative, and have the ability to prioritize and make well-founded decisions even when several tasks are ongoing simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Technical education in industry, mechanics, electrical engineering, automation, or equivalent
• Experience from maintenance work, technical planning, or a similar role in industrial operations
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications
• Good system proficiency

Merits

• Experience from the food industry or other process industries
• Knowledge of maintenance systems such as IFS, SAP, Maximo, or similar
• Experience with LEAN, TPM, or other methods for continuous improvement
