The Role of Assistant Nurse, Care Assistant, and Helper with Us

Work in home care consists largely of independent work and personal responsibility, but you also work together with your colleagues with the care recipient's best interests in focus. In your work, you will meet people with different needs and work in their homes. The job includes practical help such as care, support during meals, and various activities, so you will work at a flexible pace.

You will drive a car in the service and you will work from a schedule that will be set for days, evenings, and every other weekend. You will have the opportunity to perform health and medical care interventions after instruction and delegation from a nurse, as well as digital documentation.

Your Profile

You love working with people; you are a spreader of joy who gives energy to your care recipients and colleagues. You contribute to the experience of security by taking responsibility for tasks and providing reliable and professional treatment. As a person, you enjoy working independently, can adapt to changed circumstances, and see opportunities in everyday life. You express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as this is required in daily work. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
