Employment Information

The position is a fixed-term appointment, full-time, starting 2026-08-10 and ending 2026-12-18.

Your Responsibilities

As a student assistant, you provide individual support to students in their learning based on given instructions and contribute to a safe and inclusive learning environment. You collaborate with teachers and other staff regarding the student's needs and support students in structure, focus, and participation in the teaching. The role also includes being an adult support in the school's daily life, a resource in the classroom and after-school care, and participating during breaks or other activities as needed. The tasks are adapted to the needs of the operation and the students.

About You

You are a secure adult and a good role model who finds it easy to connect with students and see each individual. You create a safe and stimulating environment in the school and collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals. As a person, you are flexible, clear, and structured. You enjoy working with children in need of special support and are an important part of their school day. You have good cooperation skills, are sensitive, and communicate professionally with both students, relatives, and other actors around the students. You are engaged, share our values, and work towards set goals with a focus on continuous improvements. Personal suitability is very important to us.

Requirements

• Experience working in a school or after-school care
• Valid extract from the criminal record register
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing
