Team Leader in Security – Operational Leadership with Responsibility

We are now looking for an engaged and reliable Team Leader who wants to take responsibility for the daily operational management within our security operations.

As a Team Leader, you are a key person in the organization. You lead and support our employees in their daily work and ensure that our assignments are carried out with high quality, a good work environment, and in accordance with current agreements.

Thrives in a leadership role close to the operations and is structured, clear, and solution-focused with a high sense of responsibility and good communication skills. As a person, you have high integrity, good collaboration skills, and a strong service orientation. You have documented ability to communicate, interact, and collaborate with different functions and personalities with a high degree of professionalism. You are driven by development, have great engagement, and are responsive to the operations and your colleagues. With a genuine interest in results and goal achievement, you see business-mindedness as a natural red thread in your decisions and actions. You are pedagogical and clear, enjoy developing processes, routines, and ways of working to achieve set goals, and are unpretentious and solution-oriented in your approach. You thrive in an outward-facing role where you work both independently and together with others.

Meritorious:

• Guard training (VU1 + VU2) and valid County Administrative Board approval
• Experience from the security industry

Your tasks

• Lead and distribute daily work
• Responsible for staffing and operational planning
• Be a close support to the staff
• Ensure quality, work environment, and regulatory compliance
• Handle customer dialogue on operational matters
• Report and collaborate with site manager/operations manager
• Act in a business-like manner and contribute to good customer relations and the company's results
