About the role
As a Booking Advisor, you will become part of the Ordering & Advisory team, consisting of approximately 20 colleagues. Together, you are responsible for providing professional service and guidance to customers in their interactions with the business.
In this role, you handle incoming customer calls, assisting with booking, rescheduling, and canceling appointments. You conduct needs assessments, provide advice regarding the company's services, and guide customers to the appropriate care or next steps.
You also handle cases via app and web portal, using multiple digital systems simultaneously in your daily work. The role involves a fast pace where you need to prioritize, work systematically, and manage multiple tasks at once, always keeping the customer in focus. You also handle information that is recorded in patient records, which requires attention to detail and an understanding of confidentiality.
