• As a Store Associate, you take significant personal responsibility for ensuring our customers can easily find what they are looking for.
• You ensure that our shelves are well-stocked and that our store is clean and tidy.
• Together with your colleagues, you focus on positive customer interaction, sales, and maintaining the highest quality. You become an important part of the chain towards an inspiring shopping experience.

Job Information

• Position: Temporary position as needed (Hourly)
• Start date: According to agreement
• Working hours: Varied hours including early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.

What We Expect

Being interested in food, enjoying working with customers and sales is a prerequisite for the role. Specifically, we expect the following from you as a Store Associate at Hemköp:

• You enjoy working in a team, are meticulous, quality-conscious, and like a fast pace.
• Together with your colleagues, you manage the daily operations of the store. This means you are service- and sales-oriented, with an eye for both details and the big picture.

In reference to the Working Environment Act (Chapter 5) and the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 Chapter 8 and Annex 2, we do not hire persons under the age of 16 due to the nature of the tasks.
