Driven Account Manager for the Telecom Industry

We are currently recruiting a driven and business-oriented Account Manager for our client, who wants to contribute to growth within the telecom industry. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) as well as identifying new business opportunities that create long-term value for customers.

You will become an important part of the sales organization, with a focus on understanding customer needs, offering tailored solutions, and contributing to continued market growth.

Your Responsibilities

• Process and develop both new and existing corporate customers within the SME segment (10–200 employees).
• Present and sell telecom solutions adapted to the customer's business operations.
• Build long-term customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to the development of sales strategies and work towards set sales targets.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have a strong business drive and thrive in a role where you combine new customer acquisition with relationship-building sales. To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• Documented experience in B2B sales.
• Experience from the telecom industry.
• Experience in sales targeting the SME segment (companies with 10–200 employees).
• Fluent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong ability to build trust and create long-term customer relationships.
• A structured and results-oriented approach to work.
• Experience working towards clear goals in a fast-paced environment.
