We are growing as a company, and on this dynamic journey, we face great opportunities! We are now looking for our next commercial leasing manager who wants to help build Stockholm's future.

About the Role

As a Commercial Leasing Manager, you will play a central role in developing and leasing the company's commercial properties. You are responsible for the entire leasing process and contribute to a professional, strategic, and long-term leasing strategy that strengthens the attractiveness and value development of the properties.

You are one of two Leasing Managers and work closely with your colleague, while having clear individual responsibility for your processes and deals. Together, you ensure that the right business finds the right location and foster long-term rental relationships.

The role is located within the Asset Support unit, where you become part of a team working closely with property management. In your work, you collaborate closely with property managers, project managers, property lawyers, and external partners.

Main Responsibilities:

• Drive the leasing process for commercial properties from market assessment to signed agreements.
• Conduct rent negotiations, prepare rent offers, and ensure commercial lease agreements based on relevant data and assessments.
• Participate in early stages of new construction and major renovations, and drive the leasing process for commercial properties related to these projects.
• Prepare data and recommendations for upcoming term changes and manage agreements in collaboration with property managers.
• Contribute data regarding vacancy rents, rent levels, and upcoming leases to budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Monitor the local market and represent the company in relevant networks.
• Contribute to developing methods, processes, and templates within commercial leasing.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Several years of experience in leasing commercial properties, preferably in a senior or independent role.
• Good knowledge of commercial lease agreements and local rental law.
• Experience in rent negotiations and the ability to drive business in a professional, structured, and commercial manner.

The following are meritorious:

• Experience in driving project leasing of commercial properties during new construction or major renovations.
• Experience with the Swedish Property Owners' commercial lease templates.
• Experience working with market analysis, vacancy strategies, or the development of commercial properties.

You have an easy time creating and developing relationships, both internally and externally, and you thrive in a role that combines analysis, customer contact, and strategic work. You are solution-oriented, communicative, and have a good ability to drive processes forward. The role also requires integrity, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in the real estate industry and the local market.
