Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you play a central role in ensuring a smooth, professional, and welcoming experience at The Nooq. The work involves overall responsibility for handling incoming inquiries and requests from guests, primarily via a case management system, with a focus on guiding and helping customers to the right information and solutions. The role also includes handling inquiries from residents at COLIVE and ensuring their questions are handled in a clear and structured manner.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming cases via system and email
  • Guiding guests and residents to the right information and features
  • Administering booking changes and handling requests
  • Ensuring structure and follow-up in the case management system

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

  • Experience from customer service or another service-oriented role, preferably within the real estate or hotel industry
  • Very good computer and system skills
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing

We are looking for someone who thrives in a role with significant responsibility and enjoys having many contact points. You work independently and maintain good structure even when the pace varies. At the same time, you are unpretentious and support the operations when needed. You enjoy solving problems, taking initiative, and providing quick and professional service in a dynamic environment.
