About the Role
As an Occupational Health and Safety Specialist (Operations), you and your colleagues are Samhall’s expert specialists in occupational health and safety. You will serve as a crucial support for operations in daily work, while also contributing to the development of overarching working methods and improvement initiatives.
The role involves various internal contact areas, such as collaboration with managers in operational activities, HR, safety representatives, and other support functions. Through regular workplace visits, you will support operations in investigations, controls, authority visits, and risk assessments. Additionally, you will work with training and support preventive work to contribute to a good working environment together with the operations teams.
You and your specialist colleagues in occupational health and safety are part of our central operations staff and report to the Head of Process & Working Methods in the Operational Operations Staff. For this role, we are looking for you who have previous experience working with occupational health and safety issues within the service and service sector.
Your contribution to Samhall is creating the conditions for our employees to trust in their abilities in a safe and secure working environment, enabling them to take the step onto the regular labor market.
