ABOUT THE ROLE:

In the role of Technical Project Manager, you will become part of an established and collaborative team consisting of project managers, service technicians, and economic functions. Together, you will work on delivering complex technical projects and customized solutions to businesses in various industries.

You will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and monitoring the technical and economic aspects of projects. The role involves close collaboration with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, where you translate technical requirements and customer needs into viable solutions. Initially, you will work closely with experienced project managers to gradually take on greater responsibility for the execution and development of projects.

The work is varied and combines technical problem-solving, project management, procurement, and customer dialogue. The role offers great opportunities for development and suits you if you thrive in a business-oriented environment where you take responsibility, drive projects forward, and build long-term relationships. Travel is involved in the role in connection with customer visits, project meetings, and follow-ups.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Drive and coordinate technical projects from order to final delivery
• Prepare technical documentation, component lists, and documentation for orders and tenders
• Work with flowcharts and calculations
• Coordinate and execute purchases of equipment and major components
• Monitor project economics together with the financial controller
• Participate in project meetings with customers, suppliers, and internal project groups
• Handle and analyze incoming inquiry documentation
• Contribute to the preparation of quotes and business documentation
• Travel to customer facilities across Sweden for project meetings and follow-ups

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Post-secondary education in energy, process, mechanical engineering, or similar
• Work experience in project management, project coordination, or a similar technical role
• A technical interest and a desire to develop within the energy and process industry
• Good computer skills and experience with the Office package
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken, as both languages are used in daily work
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

Merits if you have:

• Experience from the energy, process, or plant industry, e.g., heat plants, cogeneration plants, or other technical facilities

ABOUT THE EMPLOYMENT:

This is a consultancy assignment, meaning you will initially be employed by Friday. The ambition from both the client and our side is that you will transition into employment with the client after a period of time.
