At ByggVesta, it's all about people's daily lives; when technology stops working, it is noticed immediately. We are looking for a property technician with a focus on white goods and electronics who wants to help ensure that our properties run smoothly every day.

The recruitment is carried out in collaboration with Jefferson Wells, but you will be employed directly by ByggVesta. This is not a consultancy position.

ByggVesta Property Management is now launching a new Stockholm team consisting of six own property technicians with different specialized skills. This is an opportunity for you if you want to be involved from the very beginning, influence how the team works, establish structures, and contribute to shaping the culture, while also receiving modern tools and new vehicles to work with.

Currently, we manage just under twenty properties with rental apartments and student housing in the Stockholm area. The portfolio comprises a total of approximately 2,650 apartments, with properties of varying sizes, ranging from under 50 to over 400 apartments.

The operations are based out of our local offices in Kista and Nacka, with the headquarters on Kungsholmen. ByggVesta is an established and financially stable company with a long-term presence in several locations in Sweden.

It is not just about fixing faults, but about understanding causes, seeing patterns, and contributing to better and more sustainable solutions. You are skilled at communicating in Swedish and English with our tenants.

• Troubleshooting and repair of white goods (fridge, freezer, stove, dishwasher, washing equipment)
• Replacement, installation, and functional checks
• Handling of intercom systems, access control systems, and simpler electronics
• Analysis of recurring faults and suggestions for improvement
• Collaboration with suppliers for larger measures
• Support to colleagues in technical matters and performing various service tasks as time permits
• Documentation and follow-up

You meet tenants in their homes, often in situations where something is not working. Your ability to build trust, explain what needs to be done, and deliver a safe solution is an important part of the job. This makes the role both technical and service-oriented, where customer service and professional competence go hand in hand.
