Our Operations

Our unit provides home care services for residents at night who live in their own homes, throughout the entire municipality of Gävle.

2 positions available.

Job Responsibilities

All interactions with our customers should be characterized by warmth and engagement, person to person. We work preventively for the customer's independence and influence. This means we work to create a good relationship based on trust, confidence, and security.

Working in the night and alarm unit means that you:

• Work in our customers' homes and perform the interventions the customer is approved for, such as personal care and supervision or other support.
• Perform unannounced visits.
• Handle medications.
• Document in the operational system according to current legislation.

Collaboration is an important task, and with a team spirit, we achieve the goals of the operations.

Qualifications

We are looking for dedicated employees for our night and alarm team within the municipality's care operations. The position involves working only night shifts according to a fixed schedule.

We are looking for you who have:

• Approved education from the Care and Nursing Program with a protected title from the National Board of Health and Welfare, or other education that the employer deems equivalent.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Category B driver's license.
• Very good driving skills.
• Experience in care and nursing work.
• Experience in working with documentation.

Meritorious:

• Experience working with Tes and Treserva.
• Experience working nights.
