We are currently looking for a Supervisor for Surface Treatment and Sheet Metal/Steel Work on behalf of our client. The client operates within the marine industry and offers a varied role in a technologically advanced environment with excellent opportunities for development and learning.

Responsibilities and Duties

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for leading and distributing tasks related to surface treatment and sheet metal/steel work on marine vessels. You will coordinate a team consisting of both your own employees and subcontractors to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. The work is carried out in close collaboration with colleagues in production and planning, providing a unique insight into the various parts of the business.

The assignment is located in Landskrona, where you will become part of an engaged and collaborative team with an accessible manager who values competence development and employee engagement.

The work offers great variety, and you will have the opportunity to work with marine vessels of different types. No two days are alike, creating a dynamic and stimulating work environment.

Your Key Tasks:

• Lead and distribute tasks related to surface treatment and sheet metal/steel work on marine vessels.
• Coordinate and follow up on work for both own employees and subcontractors.
• Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in production and planning.
• Plan, prioritize, and follow up on ongoing work within your area of responsibility.
• Contribute to safe, high-quality, and efficient production.

• You have a technical background.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• The assignment requires you to undergo and pass security clearance checks according to current regulations.
• For assignments where the employer has security clearance requirements, this may, in some cases, entail citizenship requirements.
