As a provider of personal assistance, we work for our users by offering individually tailored services. We want to help our users live their own lives, as they wish to live them, with the help of their personal assistants. You who apply for this position should be careful, organized, attentive, flexible, and good at following instructions. You should be able to work both independently and in a team. It is important that you take responsibility for completing your tasks, and it is an advantage if you are good at taking initiative. It is also important that you are attentive to what the user wants and needs.

We are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant. You do not need prior experience, as personal chemistry is the most important factor, but it is an advantage if you have insight into what the job of a personal assistant entails.

The user is a woman who uses a wheelchair and leads a very active life. Her main interests are ice hockey and wheelchair dancing.

It is important that you, as an assistant, work independently, helping with personal hygiene, transfers, communication, activities, training, and all other daily routines.

You will be part of a work group but will work independently with the user. It is important that you, as an assistant, are attentive, dutiful, take responsibility, and are self-assured. Trust is very important. You must be flexible regarding your tasks and working hours.

Working hours vary, and you must be able to work days, evenings, and nights.

You must have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, as we have documentation requirements.

The application is for a part-time position with immediate start.

Requirements: Non-smoker, valid driver's license, no fur allergies, and comfortable with chlorine in swimming pools.
