Experienced Installation Coordinator for an Expanding Construction Contractor in Stockholm!

On behalf of our client, we are now looking for a driven and experienced Installation Coordinator for a permanent position in Stockholm.

Our client is an established and expanding construction contractor driving large and exciting projects throughout the Stockholm region – everything from complex billion-krona projects in public buildings (such as swimming halls, schools, and sports facilities) to multi-family housing and commercial premises. About the Role

As an Installation Coordinator, you have overall responsibility for planning, managing, and quality-assuring all technical installations in the projects. You act as the bridge between project management, subcontractors, and the client.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate installation work from design to handover.
• Review technical documents and drawings, ensuring compliance with current authority requirements and environmental certifications.
• Lead technical meetings, coordination meetings, and installation meetings.
• Responsible for scheduling, resource management, and follow-up of installation contracts.
• Quality assurance and participation in inspections and testing.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is confident in their leadership role, communicative, and skilled at building good relationships with both colleagues and external partners. You are structured and have strong analytical skills to solve complex technical challenges.

Your qualifications:

• Several years of experience in installation coordination or a leading role within the construction/installation industry.
• Specialized competence in at least one of the areas: Plumbing & Sanitation (VA), Ventilation, or Electrical.
• Good understanding of all stages of the construction process and coordination between different disciplines.
• Relevant post-secondary education (e.g., Bachelor of Science in Engineering) or equivalent professional experience.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
