The Property Office manages and develops a unique property portfolio that is vital for Stockholm's residents, businesses, and visitors. The portfolio ranges from well-known Stockholm buildings to public facilities for culture and sports, office buildings, fire stations, markets, castles, farms, and cottages. We also manage nature and outdoor areas outside the city limits. We are located in the Technical Council House on Fleminggatan 4, approximately a 5-minute walk from Central Station.

Welcome to us

We are now looking for a Technical Property Manager specializing in sports facilities, who wants to work with varied and exciting assignments – from simpler buildings to complex structures – for the benefit of Stockholm's residents. In this role, you will work long-term from a holistic perspective, focusing on technical upgrades, robust solutions, and sustainable development.

We offer you

Here, you will have the opportunity to contribute to Stockholm's development and be part of an exciting and eventful operation. Many of our properties belong to the city's most famous buildings, such as City Hall, Kulturhuset, Liljevalchs, Stockholm Olympic Stadium, Åkeshov Swimming and Sports Hall, Zinkensdamm IP, Östermalm Market Hall, and the Stockholm City Library.

You will become part of a team of 18 experienced technical property managers and collaborate closely with client managers, operations staff, and technical specialists. We are a flat-hierarchy and engaged group that values a good atmosphere. If you join us, we also offer benefits such as subsidized lunches, fitness benefits, flexible working hours, and the option to exchange holiday pay for extra time off. Here, you have great freedom to plan your work.
