About the role:

As a Traffic Control Plan Drafter at Voene, you are responsible for preparing background materials and creating TA-plans that are correct in accordance with current regulations and customer requirements. You will be a key part of the process from start to finish, as your TA-plans form the basis for safety at the work site. You should be driven, self-sufficient, and have good collaboration skills with both customers and colleagues, as well as the ability to build good relationships. Since customer contact is a large part of the role, we place extra emphasis on your ability to be flexible in how you act in different situations. You are also responsible for invoicing the completed work.

Responsibilities:

• Create TA-plans, apply for permits, etc.
• Create drawings showing the placement of protective equipment, signs, and closures.
• Handle extensive customer contact, as well as communication with municipalities and authorities.
• Conduct site visits and analyze risks to optimize safety at the work site.

We are looking for you who:

• Have experience in drafting TA-plans.
• Have knowledge of the Swedish Transport Administration's regulations for work on roads.
• Can work independently and in teams.

Meritorious qualifications (not required):

• Previous experience of contact with authorities and/or road owners.
• Technical post-secondary education.
• Experience from the construction, civil engineering, and road work industries.
• Education within Stockholm City.
• Swedish Transport Administration's APV courses 1–3.
