You will step into a socially important environment within the energy sector, where a growing investment portfolio drives large partnering and strategic partnering projects forward. In this role, you will become part of a reference group that helps programs and projects make well-founded decisions at clear milestones. Through independent reviews, you contribute perspectives on project maturity, governance, and leadership in complex, multi-billion investments.

You work closely with project and program management, providing recommendations that create better conditions for continued implementation. This is a role for you who wants to use your weight and experience to influence the quality of some of the most complex investment projects in the energy sector.

• You participate in the initiation of the working method for guided initiation within strategic partnering and project partnering.
• You prepare reviews prior to decision points and milestones based on defined questions and documentation.
• You conduct milestone reviews together with the projects and contribute independent assessments regarding maturity, risk, time, cost, and quality.
• You provide feedback on recommendations and concrete improvement proposals to project and program management.
• You share experiences regarding leadership, governance, procurement, contract issues, and collaboration in large projects.
• As needed, you contribute to further experience sharing and analyses related to large investment programs.

• At least 15 years of experience in a leading role (Project Director, Project Manager, active representative, or equivalent) in large (more than 3 billion in today's price levels) and complex projects/programs within facilities, infrastructure, energy systems, civil construction, or equivalent.
• Documented experience in a leading role as a client, consultant, or contractor in partnering, strategic partnering, functional contracting, collaborative contracting, early contractor involvement, or equivalent in more than 1 contract.
• Experience from at least 1 project with program or portfolio management.
• Experience in conducting project maturity assessments, reviews, or similar independent assessments prior to decision points/milestones or equivalent.
• Experience in a leading role from the client side in larger projects/programs.
• Good knowledge of LOU (Public Procurement Act), construction law, procurement, and contract issues.
• Experience of the entire project chain, from request for proposals and procurement to implementation and project closure.
• You communicate clearly, work in a structured and analytical manner, and have the integrity required to make independent assessments.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

• Experience of financial responsibility and personnel or work leadership in larger project operations.
• Experience from similar assignments, such as reference groups, steering groups, or larger project analyses.
