About the role

Work as an asphalt paver on various projects in Boden and the surrounding area.

• Operate the auger on the asphalt paver and contribute to efficient and high-quality work.
• Collaborate within a team to ensure production meets schedule and quality requirements.
• The work takes place outdoors in varying environments.

Working hours

Irregular working hours occur. The work may include early mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends. You need to be flexible and comfortable with a varying schedule.

We are looking for you who

• Have 2–4 years of experience in asphalt work.
• Enjoy physical and practical outdoor work.
• Have good teamwork skills and a strong focus on safety.
• Can communicate in Swedish or English.
• Hold certificates for "Arbete på väg 1" and "Arbete på väg 2" (mandatory).
• Hold a Category B driver's license (meritorious).
• Have experience with vibrators or other asphalt machinery (meritorious).

Employment

Fixed-term employment for 3 months, with the possibility of extension depending on the project and needs. The position will be filled as soon as possible – selections and interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis.
