Your role as Project Manager within security

As a Project Manager within security, you have a leading and advisory role in driving and developing assignments within physical security – from early stages and strategic choices to final delivery. You work with the whole picture and are a key person in translating the customer's business needs, risk profile, and requirements into technically sustainable, long-term, and well-balanced security solutions.

The assignments include security installations such as access and lock systems, intrusion alarms, CCTV, fire protection, shell protection, and facility protection, often in environments with high demands for robustness, accessibility, and operational reliability. In the role, you have the opportunity to act as a strategic advisor to our customers from a broader security perspective, for example related to structure, level selection, system architecture, and future development – especially if you bring competence in several parts of the security area.

You lead and coordinate teams consisting of designers, administrators, and specialists and are responsible for creating structure, quality, and progress in the assignments. An important part of the role is also to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners, as well as contribute to business development and further development of Vinnergi's security offering. Here you become part of a clear national initiative where your experience and perspective can influence the direction forward.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have a solid background in physical security and who currently work as a strategic advisor, project manager, project leader, or foreman in the security industry. You have experience delivering services, solutions, and technical expertise within physical security and are accustomed to taking overall responsibility in complex assignments. Furthermore, we see that you have experience working with security installations within areas such as access, intrusion, CCTV, fire, and evacuation alarms, and are confident in both technology, leadership, and responsibility.

You have a structured and solution-oriented approach to work and thrive in a role with many contact surfaces, both internally and externally. You have a business-minded approach and are driven by developing assignments, relationships, and working methods. It is meritorious if you are a licensed engineer. Certifications within security or experience with CAD are also meritorious.
