Security Guard for Logistics Center in Skillingaryd – On-Call Employment

We are now looking for engaged security guards for on-call positions at our Logistics Center in Skillingaryd – a place where safety, structure, and teamwork are in focus.

About the role

As a security guard with us, you are an important part of the operations. You are responsible for ensuring safety on the premises, following procedures, and contributing to smooth operations. The work requires attention to detail, a sense of responsibility, and an eye for detail – but also the ability to collaborate and communicate clearly.

During July, there is an opportunity for full-time work depending on the needs of the business.

Location: Logistics Center, Skillingaryd

Employment type: On-call employment (Behovsanställning)

Salary: According to collective agreement

We are looking for you who

• Are structured, reliable, and solution-oriented
• Enjoy working both independently and in a team
• Have good skills in planning, prioritizing, and taking responsibility
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing

Requirements

• Swedish citizenship
• Clean criminal record
• Approved security guard training (VU1 and VU2)
• Approved by the County Administrative Board to work within an authorized security company
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing

Merits

• Experience in similar roles within security or logistics
• Multilingualism
• Additional security training or certifications
