About the role

Luotea performs systematic energy work where we continuously monitor and optimize our customers' facilities and work towards reduced energy consumption. In addition to working practically with energy optimization, you will act as a sounding board and support for our technicians within your energy specialist area.

We are looking for someone who can independently, and together with colleagues, carry out energy optimization, analyses, and investigations. The work is performed both at the office and on-site at the properties. Your main tasks will include:

• Energy monitoring

• Operational optimization

• Energy inspections with associated reporting

• Developing energy-saving action proposals

• Presenting completed energy work at customer meetings

The position is based at our office in Jönköping, but since the client's property portfolio is spread across Region West, travel is involved in the role.

About you

You have a deep interest in technical and energy issues and will thrive with us if you are service-oriented, keep your promises, are communicative, and perform your work with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Furthermore, you should have a structured approach to work and be solution-oriented. You are driven, have high energy levels, and are good at prioritizing. You are also pedagogical in how you teach energy knowledge to others, both internally and to customers.

To succeed in the role, you need

• Post-secondary education in the field of energy or equivalent qualification

• Experience in energy work in buildings for at least 2 years

• Experience with operational optimization

• Experience in compiling measurement data, performing calculations and technical analyses, as well as writing/compiling technical reports.

• Valid driver's license (Category B)

Meritorious qualifications

• Experience with energy monitoring systems, e.g., Momentum or Vitec.

• Knowledge of control and regulation technology

• Knowledge of measurement technology for electricity, plumbing, and ventilation

• Experience working with energy calculation programs

• Certified Energy Expert

• Certified Energy Mapper
