We are now looking for dedicated baristas and restaurant staff for our staffing pool for exciting assignments within events, restaurants, and catering this summer!

About the role
As part of our staffing pool at Rosénssons, you will have the opportunity to work on varied assignments for our clients in the service industry. You will be employed by our staffing pool, meaning you will work at one or more workplaces as needed. We tailor solutions for our clients, which means you must be flexible, available with short notice, accommodating, and adaptable to new environments.

>The tasks may include:

• Barista work and coffee handling
• Serving and guest service
• Cash handling
• Event service and catering
• Preparation and simple kitchen tasks
• Ensuring a positive experience for guests and customers

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience from cafes, restaurants, hotels, or event operations
• Is service-oriented and has a positive attitude towards customers
• Thrives in a team environment
• Is flexible and can work varying hours, including evenings and weekends
• Speaks Swedish or English

• Can work extra shifts, both during the day, evenings, and weekends.
• Has previous experience in restaurants, cafes, as a runner, barista, chef, hotel staff, or similar service roles.
• Has exceptional customer service skills and sees great service as a given. Our goal is to deliver service beyond the ordinary.
