F&B Manager – Kitchen, Skybar & Breakfast

We are looking for an engaged and results-oriented F&B Manager who wants to take overall responsibility for our operations in the kitchen, skybar, and breakfast service. In this role, you will lead daily operations, inspire and develop employees, and ensure that every guest receives an experience that exceeds expectations.

You will become a key person in the business with the opportunity to influence both working methods, concepts, and guest experiences. Together with your team, you will create a well-functioning and profitable operation where quality, service, and job satisfaction go hand in hand.

Working hours: Varying, evenings and weekends are included

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop employees within the kitchen, skybar, and breakfast.
  • Ensure high quality and service in all parts of the business.
  • Plan, follow up on, and optimize daily operations.
  • Responsible for staffing, scheduling, and resource planning.
  • Work actively with sales, profitability, cost control, and inventory.
  • Ensure that routines for food hygiene, quality, and working environment are followed.
  • Contribute to the development of concepts, menus, and guest experiences.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a leadership role within kitchen & restaurant and a background as a chef.
  • Are a confident and inspiring leader who motivates and develops your team.
  • Have a good understanding of operations, economy, and business management.
  • Are service-oriented, solution-oriented, and have a strong guest focus.
  • Thrives in a dynamic environment where the pace is sometimes high.
  • Communicates well in Swedish and English.

Ligula Hospitality Group is the parent company of a privately owned hotel and restaurant group in strong but long-term growth.
