About the role As a Head Waiter at Restaurant SAND, you have a key role in the daily operations. You are responsible for welcoming our guests, leading the serving staff, ensuring high service quality, and creating a warm, professional atmosphere in the restaurant. The position is a permanent full-time job, including day, evening, and weekend work. Main responsibilities

• Responsible for daily operational activities with corresponding personnel responsibility during both day and evening shifts
• Ensure that service maintains the highest standard
• Introduce and train new employees
• Work with the kitchen and bar for the best possible guest experience
• Handle table bookings and guest requests
• Contribute to the development of our restaurant and increase our upselling

• Have at least three years of experience as a Head Waiter or in a leading position in the restaurant industry.
• Be a natural leader with good communication skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a genuine interest in service.
• Are flexible and can work during day, evening, and weekends.
