We are now looking for a passionate Sushi Chef who wants to help develop our concept and create memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Your Role

As a Sushi Chef with us, you will work with the highest quality ingredients and have the opportunity to put your own stamp on both dishes and the menu. You will become an important part of our team, where precision, creativity, and collaboration are key.

You will also be responsible for daily kitchen prep, such as slicing salmon and tuna, preparing ingredients, and cooking our own sauces and side dishes.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience with sushi and Japanese cooking
• Has a sense for flavors, aesthetics, and ingredient handling
• Is meticulous and confident in handling fish and ingredients
• Is creative and eager to contribute new ideas
• Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Has good knowledge of food hygiene
