We are looking for an engaged employee for our rental department

We at the rental department are in an exciting phase of development and are looking for a new engaged employee. The coming year involves, among other things, a change of our business system. We are looking for you who have the drive and will to be an active part of our change journey.

About the role

As part of our team within Rental & Used, you will, among other things, handle rental agreements from start to finish for approximately 16,700 forklifts. This includes tasks such as financing, invoicing, indexing, interest updates, and preparing calculations in the event of any agreement changes. The work involves problem-solving, the ability to find and interpret our regulations, and making your own decisions based on the situation.

You provide support to salespeople, service managers, and service technicians in matters concerning rental agreements.

We want you to contribute to the development of processes, routines, and working methods relevant to your role, which involves many contacts both within the organization and with customers.

The position is located at TruckHuset in Mjölby, which is Toyota Material Handling Sweden's logistics center. Nearly 60 employees work here, in the office and in the workshop.

Your profile

You are driven, have experience with economic tasks, and are meticulous. You can quickly switch between different tasks and handle several processes simultaneously, e.g., phone calls and documentation in the business system, several business modules, support systems, and customer portals.

You enjoy working in a team and like to have many contacts, both internal and external. You are customer-oriented, flexible, and have the ability to prioritize tasks. You are not afraid to make your own decisions and help a colleague to find a solution. We assume that you are outgoing, have a service mindset, and contribute to a positive atmosphere at the workplace.

  • You have at least a secondary education.
  • You have good computer skills and experience with Excel.
  • You have the ability to quickly switch between different data systems.
  • We would like you to have experience from similar tasks.
  • You enjoy having a communicative role and taking responsibility for specific tasks where you drive your own areas of responsibility.

Meritorious

  • Post-secondary education.
  • Experience working with calculations and/or financial leasing.
