Your role

We are now looking for a more senior Quality Engineer to join our growing production team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge of quality standards and ensure that we meet requirements and expectations. As a Quality Engineer, you will coordinate, recommend, check, and plan quality assurance activities to be carried out in production. You will support and drive quality issues in various forums, which entails a responsibility to contribute to a continuous improvement culture where the customer is always at the center.

Some of your main responsibilities include:

• Leading and coordinating quality and improvement work in production
• Planning and performing checks and analyses
• Ensuring product quality and being responsible for quality assurance methods and activities
• Driving 8D investigations in case of deviations and ensuring corrective actions and follow-up
• Participating in quality audits of products and processes

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is analytical, solution-focused, and meticulous in their work. You are unpretentious, open to change, and thrive both working independently and in a group with many contact points. To succeed in this role, you need the ability to take personal responsibility and a working style characterized by quality awareness. You are also skilled at communicating quality issues clearly and persuasively.

To succeed in the role, you should have:

• A university degree in engineering or equivalent experience in quality
• At least two years of experience working in the quality field
• Good communication skills in both Swedish and English
• A valid driver's license (Category B)

Meritorious experience:

• Knowledge of quality systems and quality standards
• Experience working with Lean and root cause analysis
