We have a consolidated responsibility for integration, employment, education, and employment issues affecting our municipality's residents. The administration is also responsible for the Cultural School, food supply, and student health. Your New Workplace

Björkdungen Preschool and Kyrkkläppen Preschool are centrally located with proximity to the city, beautiful green areas, forests, libraries, and playgrounds. The preschools are located a few kilometers apart.

Björkdungen Preschool is a relatively newly opened preschool with six portals, a large and creative outdoor environment, two large plazas, and rooms for an atelier/carpentry room/water play, as well as a restaurant with a cooking kitchen.

Kyrkkläppen Preschool is newly built and has been in operation for just over a year. The preschool has six portals distributed over two floors. Each floor has a common plaza. The preschool also has rooms for an atelier, carpentry room, and water play. On the lower level, there is a restaurant with a cooking kitchen.

The preschools have a good mix of preschool teachers and childcare assistants, with broad knowledge and experience. Quality work is led by employees together with the principal, deputy principal, and the area coordinator. Development areas in Boden Municipality's preschools are systematic quality work and targeted teaching with a focus on children's abilities in language/communication and the compensatory mission. Boden Municipality has joint competence development every year for all employees in the municipality's preschools. The preschools in Boden Municipality have six planning/competence development days per year when operations are closed.

Job Responsibilities

For the Central Preschool Area, we are looking for You who are a certified preschool teacher and want to work with children aged 1-5. You who do not yet have your degree but are at the end of your preschool teacher education are also welcome to apply!

You should be prepared to work with all age groups at the preschool. You should be prepared to work the hours the preschool is open, work one week at Summer Preschool if needed each year, and attend evening competence development sessions if necessary.

You should be well-versed in the Preschool Curriculum and work to achieve increased goal fulfillment in an engaged and positive manner. You should be flexible and confident in your professional role, and ready to take responsibility and initiative.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a certified preschool teacher.

You are cooperative, take initiative, are flexible, and solution-oriented. It is important that you see the big picture and work together with colleagues in daily tasks and towards set goals. You should view each child based on their individual needs. If you have experience with the tools TRAS, MIO, and Low-Affective Handling, it is an advantage. Digital tools are used in systematic quality work. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

Please attach your teaching certification or degree certificate. An extract from the criminal record must be presented before employment in preschool and primary school.
