Welcome to the Employment and Education Administration in Boden Municipality!

We have a consolidated responsibility for integration, employment, education, and employment issues affecting the residents of our municipality. The administration is also responsible for the Cultural School, food supply, and student health services. As an employee in our administration, you will have competent colleagues who show respect and tolerance, and whose great engagement creates joy and pride in work. About the School

Prästholmsskolan is a centrally located school for grades F-6. The school has approximately 250 students. We have three after-school center departments where children have their activities before and after the school day. We have parallel classes in each grade level with a comparatively high staff density. The school is organized into different work teams: F-3, 4-6, and the after-school center. We have special educators and special teachers as part of the school's student health team. The school also has safety pedagogues who collaborate on promoting, preventive, and remedial measures related to safety and study environment.

At Prästholmsskolan, different experiences and knowledge meet, shaping ideas and thoughts about the future. The school's primary goal is to conduct engaging, language-developing education based on cooperative working methods and characterized by a good study environment. Job Description

We are looking for a pedagogical resource person who thrives with varied tasks. The assignment includes being a resource for individual students and in the classroom, sometimes substituting for absent teachers, and spending part of the afternoon at the after-school center. You collaborate with class teachers and after-school pedagogues. The assignment is about supporting students' learning and social development.

Fixed-term employment during the period 2026-08-03 to 2027-06-30.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are self-reliant, responsible, have good collaboration skills, and see opportunities for each student's individual development. You have a good ability to create and maintain professional and trusting relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. You are cheerful, pleasant, positive, and flexible. You have good ability to communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

Previous experience of working in a school is advantageous.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
