The position is a combination of:

• Teaching in the current subject area/grade level
• Team Support Resource, School Age Educare (Fritidshem) where you support colleagues and contribute to structure, study environment, and development

The content of the position is adapted based on the organization's needs and your competencies.

Your responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and follow up on teaching according to the curriculum
• Be a support in the team in the daily pedagogical work
• Contribute to safe and inclusive learning environments
• Work promotively and preventively for students' learning and attendance
• Participate in the school's development work

Your profile

• Are a certified teacher (please specify subject/grade level)
• Have good collaboration skills and are relationship-building
• Are flexible and solution-oriented
• Thrive in a varied role where you both teach and support colleagues
• Have a clear student focus in your work

Meritorious qualifications

• Experience working as a team support resource or similar function
• Competence in language-developing approaches
• Experience with inclusive teaching and extra adaptations
