Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a certified teacher with qualifications to teach Swedish as a second language or Swedish for year 7-9, alternatively at the upper secondary level. The student groups at Adult Education are often small, and the teaching is always based on and tailored to the students' needs and prior knowledge.

The work at Adult Education requires flexibility but also offers great opportunities to influence your own workday. A large part of the communication with our students takes place via a digital learning platform. We assume that you are comfortable with this and can naturally use digital learning resources in your teaching.

The assignment includes distance teaching, but it may also include teaching in a combined education program for healthcare assistants. We believe that you are a person who sees possibilities in every individual student and can help them reach their goals through good dialogue, relevant support, and formative feedback. Since we work with adult individuals, a flexible approach is a prerequisite for success in the assignment.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher with qualifications to teach Swedish as a second language or Swedish for year 7-9, alternatively at the upper secondary level. Previous experience teaching adults is meritorious.

Employment type: Permanent position.
Duration: Permanent, start: Autumn 2026.

Please attach your teaching certificate or degree certificate. An extract from the criminal record must be presented before employment in preschool and primary school.
