Your Responsibilities

You will teach English and Swedish in grades 7–9. Together with your subject colleagues, you will co-plan and develop the teaching. You will also be part of one of the school's three work teams and serve as a mentor or co-mentor for a class.

A certified teacher in English and Swedish for grades 7–9.

We are looking for someone who is communicative and capable of building trusting relationships with colleagues, students, guardians, and other actors involved in the student's life.

Your pedagogical strength lies in your ability to adapt teaching based on results, evaluations, and the individual student's needs. To achieve this, you need a good understanding of how different people absorb information and knowledge, as well as the ability to adapt your teaching methods at both group and individual levels.

We are looking for someone who is aware of their own impact on student learning. By leveraging students' interests, you make teaching engaging, and through interactions with students, you develop both yourself and your role as a teacher.

Based on student results, research, and proven experience, you monitor the quality of teaching, reflect, and evaluate with the aim of developing instruction and meeting each student's individual needs. Adapting teaching is a prerequisite for ensuring that as many students as possible reach the knowledge goals. You provide forward-looking feedback to students to foster development and support each student optimally in reaching their full potential.
