To our store in Västervik, we are now looking for you who want to be part of our unique mission to contribute to better public health through responsible alcohol sales. At Systembolaget, service and care for people and the environment are always in focus. The position is 50%, and weekly working hours may vary.

This is a fixed-term assignment from 2026-08-01 to 2027-04-30.

In your role as a salesperson with category responsibility

Work in the store is varied. During a workday, you will meet customers, work at the checkout, work in the warehouse, and stock shelves. Together, we keep our premises clean and tidy.

As a salesperson, you are Systembolaget's face to the public. Strong team spirit, high tempo, and pleasant interactions characterize our work. We learn from each other, and through development, we create results together. It is in the meeting with the customer that we become Systembolaget.

In addition to the common tasks of a salesperson, you have a specific category responsibility (e.g., for red wine, white wine, or beer), which means that you:

• Maintain the category representation according to Systembolaget's shelf placement rules.
• Are responsible for assortment, logistics, selection, and display, as well as analyzing shrinkage and proposing measures.
• Continuously share knowledge regarding your category with other employees.

We are looking for you who

• Are at least 20 years old (legal age to sell alcohol).
• Have good social skills and understand how you can contribute to a good customer experience.
• Can work varying hours, weekdays and Saturdays, early mornings, and until after closing.
• Enjoy collaborating and want to contribute to achieving our common goals.
• Have a flexible attitude, a curious approach to learning new things, and an interest in the opportunities created by modern digital tools.
• Have a high school or vocational education.

It is meritorious if you have experience in retail, service work, and/or with food and beverages.
