Primär is a group consisting of Primär Service Management, Primär Fastighetsförvaltning, and Primär Lokalvård. As a group, Primär is large enough to have the resources to deliver to all types of customers, but small enough to remain customer-centric and flexible throughout Sweden. Primär is seeking a Building Technician for the Fyrbodal region

Primär is growing, and we currently have many exciting assignments in the Fyrbodal area, which is why we need to expand our workforce with a qualified Building Technician.

As a building technician at Primär, you will be part of a group of experienced technicians who jointly handle commitments in our assignments for customers in the Fyrbodal region. You will work in the daily operations of the property services, and your tasks will include, among other things:

• Ongoing supervision and rounds focusing on technology and the external environment
• Ongoing maintenance of technical installations
• Energy reading and reporting
• Corrective and preventive repairs and maintenance
• Cost assessments, in some cases execution of orders, follow-up of completed work, and reporting to the customer
• Internal and external general service and maintenance work

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are a trained building technician with at least 3–5 years of experience in similar roles. A B-class driver's license is a requirement. You have good computer skills.

Electrical competence BB2 – or equivalent – as well as knowledge in control and regulation technology, are meritorious.
