About the Role

As a Technical Team Leader / Production Technician, you will become an important part of our operations team and daily production. You will work practically and actively together with operators and other functions to ensure stable operations, good quality, high safety, and continuous development.

The role suits you if you are technically driven, close to production, and have the ability to both understand technical solutions and lead people in daily work.

You are someone who not only sees what needs to be improved – you also drive the improvement together with the team.

What your days might look like

In the role, you will among other things:

• work actively in daily production together with the line staff
• be a natural part of the operations team and contribute to the practical work at the line
• support, lead, and develop the team in daily work
• contribute technical competence during operational disruptions, changeovers, and problem solving
• monitor machines, processes, and production flows to create stability and quality
• communicate technical solutions clearly and practically to colleagues
• drive improvements in safety, quality, efficiency, and working methods
• be an important link between production and other support functions
• contribute to developing standards, routines, and working methods in production
• share your competence and help others grow in their roles

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is technically minded, comfortable in a production environment, and has a strong interest in machine technology, processes, and people.

You have experience from industrial production and thrive best when you get to be close to the operations. You understand the importance of structure, quality, and safety, but you also know that a strong production is built by people who cooperate, learn from each other, and take responsibility together.

To succeed in the role, you need to be both practical and communicative. You should be able to talk technology, understand machines and processes, but also be able to gather the team, create clarity, and contribute to a positive work climate.

We believe you have

• experience working in industry, production, or machine technology
• good technical understanding and interest in machines, processes, and production flows
• ability to lead, support, and develop others in daily work
• ease in understanding new processes and seeing connections in production
• ability to communicate technical solutions in a simple and clear way
• willingness to work close to production and be an active part of the line staff
• good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvements

As a person, you are engaged, responsible, and solution-oriented. You are confident in taking initiative and have a natural ability to get others on board.

You are not afraid to be practically involved in production and enjoy working close to both machines and people. You have positive energy, are clear in your communication, and contribute to creating structure, job satisfaction, and momentum in the team.
