We are now looking for a Concrete Mixer for our client's mixing station! A central role in production where you ensure top-quality concrete through precision and teamwork.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of Concrete Mixer, you are responsible for producing concrete for our client's precast production via a computerized control system. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that departments are supplied with concrete for the manufacture of precast concrete frames, stairs, balconies, floor slabs, and other concrete elements. You mix concrete according to established recipes and ensure that the correct quality and consistency are achieved before production. The duties also include sampling and quality control of concrete and aggregates, as well as ongoing maintenance, service, and cleaning of the mixing station. Furthermore, you collaborate closely with other parts of the production, and the work requires precision, responsibility, and a quality-conscious approach.

The role also includes:

• Operating the mixing station
• Assisting with sampling of concrete and aggregates
• Performing maintenance, cleaning, and service of the mixing station

PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

To thrive in the role of Concrete Mixer, we believe you are a responsible and driven person who enjoys a flexible environment with a focus on quality. You are self-motivated but also work well in a team and contribute to good collaboration. We believe you work meticulously, keep your cool in a fast-paced environment, and switch easily between different tasks. Furthermore, you have a positive attitude and an interest in developing the work at the mixing station.

We would like you to have:

• Previous experience from production work and an understanding of the manufacturing industry.
• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing.
• Experience within the concrete industry is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• A forklift license is an advantage.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The position of Concrete Mixer is a full-time consultancy assignment where you work Monday to Friday, 07:00–16:00. You will be employed by Eterni and hired out to the client.

The assignment starts with a fixed-term contract of 6 months with good opportunities for extension. For the right person, there is also the possibility of continued employment with the client.
